If you have a special event and you want your rosaholics roses for it, we recommend that you choose a day prior to the desired date. We send our roses on time to the FedEx location, but unexpected events might occur during the transportation causing your package to be delayed one day.

What is the process I need to follow to receive my flowers?

1. After receiving my UPS tracking number, make sure the recipient is available around 9am to 5pm.

If you have made a mistake in your delivery date or shipping address, you only have to send an email to Hello@rosaholics.com and our rosaholics team will try to fix the issue. However, The Rosaholics team will not be held accountable if the order is sent to the address it was provided when the order was purchased.

After we deliver your package at UPS station, we will send you a UPS tracking number. You can track your package by pasting the code at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/

We pack your flowers very carefully so that they can safely go along their journey. If your flowers appear a bit wilted or thirsty, dont worry.  By following the flower care instructions included in the package, typically will bring them back to life within 1-2 days.

We ship nationwide (all 50 states in the U.S.A).

We ship our roses to any U.S. zip code by FedEx and are shipped to addresses within their delivery range.

Shipping should operate the same way in Hawaii and Alaska as for continental states however, deliveries might take a little longer.

Since we cut fresh and send our blooms directly from our farm, we do not have same day deliveries.

Our delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Before doing this however, please:

- Make your change some time in advance. In this way we can help you in a better way.

- Check the status of the order you wish to change to make sure it hasn’t already been produced. If it has, it is too far along in the process to be cancelled.

It is unfortunate that you have changed your mind and don´t want the flowers anymore; however, if the roses have been prepared/shipped, we cannot cancel your order and give you a refund.

If your order has not been prepared, there is a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount of your order.

At the moment that you subscribe, you will automatically receive a "PROMO CODE" created for you, to use it once. If the code does not appear automatically, text us using our live chat and we will give you the code immediately.
