I ordered this as a Valentine's Day gift for Jess over a month in advance for delivery on the 12th. UPS did not deliver until the 15th (AFTER V-Day). I want my shipping costs refun... view moreded. She was very happy with the roses, but she wouldn't have been disappointed if the arrival had been on time. UPS lied about a weather related delay, changing the location to a state the package was not in after it wasn't delivered on time. There was no weather related delay from one FL city to another. I would be willing to order from here again IF this is rectified view less
