Terms and conditions of our Loyalty Program
- Users: Our loyalty program aims to provide benefits to our most loyal customers. A customer’s membership in our loyalty program will be considered in the cases he/she has used our services for personal and non-business purposes only.
- An order: For an order to be considered in our loyalty program, it has to be shipped from our farms with a tracking number; and considered as valid.
- An order will not be counted as valid for our loyalty program in the following cases:
- Order was canceled at the customer’s request.
- A chargeback was raised by the customer for the order.
- The order is based on a subscription product.
- Tiers. From their first order, a customer will be eligible to enter our loyalty program which has three (3) status tiers: Silver, Gold, and VIP. Updating the Tier on each customer profile to reflect recent orders may take up to 48 hours. Tier descriptions are as follows:
- Silver. In order to become a Silver Member, the customer must complete two (2) valid orders.
- Gold. In order to become a Gold Member, the customer must complete five (5) valid orders.
- VIP. In order to become a VIP Member, the customer must complete ten (10) valid orders.
- Rosaholics reserves the right to change a customer’s status depending on the behavior of the relationship between the company and the customer. This means that Rosaholics has the right to upgrade or downgrade the customer status for any reason at any time, regardless of whether a customer has or has not completed the number of valid orders.
- Downgrading from one tier to another. In the aim of keeping the spirit of this loyalty program, which looks to provide benefits to all our most loyal customers, there is the possibility that inactive customers may lose their status in the following cases:
- No valid orders in the last 365 days. Rosaholics will consider the last valid order date as a point when calculating whether the member status of a customer shall be downgraded.
- Losing the minimum of valid orders to reach a level, e.g. if a customer completes 5 orders, Rosaholics will assign the customer a Gold status, but if one of these orders is canceled, the customer will return to Silver status.
- Store Credit. Customers will have the possibility to earn store credit in each of the status tiers. The parameters for earning store credit are as follows:
- The customer will get store credit on each valid order made. The total of the order will be considered to calculate the store credit.
- Welcome Tier Bonus. Upon reaching a new tier, the customer will earn additional store credit.
- Quality & Logistic Issues. At Rosaholics, we strive to provide the highest quality and service to our customers. However, there may be instances where expectations are not fully met. In such cases, our Customer Experience Team may offer store credit, made available on the customer account for the purpose of placing new orders. - Redeeming Store Credit. The only way to redeem store credit is by using the customer’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Within each of the aforementioned Apps, the customer will find a unique code that can be used at any time they choose to place an order. Making public or sharing this unique code is prohibited, and it is the customer’s responsibility to use their discretion in maintaining sole access to the code. Rosaholics will not be responsible for recovering store credit of customers in the event that an unauthorized individual has accessed and redeemed the store credit. Sharing the unique code with others can be considered a violation and fault that leads to customer exclusion and a possible ban from our loyalty program.
- Benefits. Each tier has its own benefits that a customer can obtain when reaching and maintaining their status within a given tier.
- Silver status.
- Free Standard Shipping. Free standard shipping only applies for Monday to Friday deliveries.
- Hot Deals All Year-Round. Exclusive holiday and seasonal deals all year-round.
- Welcome Tier Bonus. Upon reaching a new status, the customer will get extra store credit. It will be added automatically to the customer’s Apple and Google Wallet Pass.
- Store Credit. Redeem store credit by using Apple and Google Wallet Pass.
- Gold status. All Benefits in Silver Status plus:
- Free Bouquet Upgrade. Boost the size of your order with an extra bouquet of the same flowers you choose (check conditions below).
- Free Saturday Delivery.
- Free Cancellation Before Shipment. Free cancellation anytime before shipment is finalized. This perk is void once a tracking number has been created. For regular cancellation fees please refer to our Service Terms & Conditions.
- Early Access to New Products. Access to new beautiful and awesome creations from our team before anyone else.
- VIP status. All Benefits in Gold Status plus:
- Surprise Gifts. Curated gifts from the Rosaholics Shop throughout the year – our pleasure!
- Design and Name New Bouquets. Share your ideas with the Rosaholics Team and influence the creation of new bouquets.
- Benefits Restrictions. Benefits cannot be combined, e.g. customers cannot apply the Free Bouquet Upgrade and the Free Saturday Delivery in the same order. To redeem both benefits the customer must make two separate orders.
- Free Bouquet Upgrade. Free Bouquet Upgrade coupon is renewed each year on January 1st. This perk is not valid for use on excluded products, which include Long Roses, Extra Long Roses, Ranunculus, Exotic Long, Subscription, or Make Your Own Bouquet products.
